Bar staff see bar checklists, rota, to-dos, bar stock, shopping, ID check, food safety, notices and chat. Kitchen see kitchen checklists, rota, to-dos, shopping, food safety and allergens, notices and chat. Waiter / Waitress see front-of-house checklists, rota, to-dos, ID check, food safety and allergens, notices and chat.

Challenge 25: ask anyone who looks under 25. Point the camera at the date of birth on a photo driving licence, passport or PASS card. The picture is read on this phone and not saved or sent anywhere.

- It has a hologram (or the PASS logo) and isn't damaged
- It's in date
- Refusing? Write it in the refusals log. If in doubt, don't serve.
